Which Course Will You Take?
One of the things we love most about the Hilton Head Bridge Run is that whether you take a family 5k or a challenging 10k, you can always enjoy beautiful, sparkling views of the Broad Creek along your way. The 2019 event takes place on Saturday, November 9 at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Each race starts and finishes at Crossings Park, so remember to come back for the after-party. If you’re wondering which communities are closest to all the race-day action, we’ve outlined detailed information in the final section of this blog. Please keep in mind that these races are not suited for strollers, baby joggers, or pets.
The After-Party
Since its inception, the Hilton Head Bridge Run has welcomed more than 12,000 runners and walkers. With stats like that, you know you can look forward to an incredible after-party! Following the races, you can look forward to an award ceremony filled with live music, local eats, refreshing drinks, door prizes, and more.
Before Race Day
It always helps to know what you can expect on race day. Every mile has a distinct marker with a water station available. A course map is also available to help you prepare! For those who would like to save a bit of money, remember to register in advance. Pre-registration takes place now through November 4, 2019; during this time, the 5k entry fee is only $30, and the 10k is $40. A free race-day shirt is also included with your pre-registration! Keep in mind that entry fees will increase by $10 each starting on November 5 for late registration; during this time, t-shirts are available while supplies last.
