What to Expect at the Hilton Head Wine & Food Festival
Tastings
From outdoor extravangazas to quiet strolls on the town, the festival has a wide variety of events to attend. The Grand Tasting is both exclusive and sophisticated. Hosted at the Country Club of Hilton Head, the event features award-winning wines and light hors d’oeuvres. Juxtaposing The Grand Tasting is the Public Tasting.
A much larger event, The Public Tasting features over 250 wines from around the world. There will be a chance to bid on wines at the charity Silent Auction to support the John & Valerie Curry Scholarship fund. The Public Tasting will also feature the Sysco Outdoor Gourmet challenge, local craft beers at the Beer Garden, and live entertainment.
Special Events
In addition to tastings, the Hilton Head Wine & Food Festival also hosts various ticketed special events. Sip and Stroll takes attendees on a lovely evening walk through The Shops at Sea Pines Center plaza while drinking a curated section of wines.
VIP Lounge
For a more refined Public Tasting experience, upgrade your ticket to a VIP Lounge experience. The VIP area will feature a “special selection of medal-winning wines” and some lovely hors d’oeuvres. VIPs also get early access to the event and all the perks that come along with normal entry.
